TRASH/RECYCLE PICK-UP:
Tuesday Mornings
Place Cans out after 6 pm on Monday and bring back in by Tuesday before 6 pm.

PEST CONTROL:
Every 4th Friday of each month
Fume-A-Pest (818) 808-2847 : If you would like your unit sprayed for bugs, please call in advance.
There is a $25 fee for the service.  If billed through the H.O.A., an additional $15 service charge will be added to your total.

PARKING
There are 45 parking spaces and 121 residences at D.V. H.O.A., obviously not enough parking.  Each residence is issued one (1) parking permit.  Parking is on a "first come first serve" basis. 
VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL SUBJECT A VEHICLE TO IMMEDIATE TOWING AT THE VEHICLE OWNER'S EXPENSE
Parking Permit
D.V. H.O.A. Parking permits are to be displayed so they are visible through your vehicles front windshield. 
No Guest Parking
There is no guest parking within our gated complex.  Visitors should park on the local surface streets.
7 Day Time Limit
There is no storage of vehicles at D.V.  Vehicles may not remain in a parking space for more than seven (7) consecutive days.
In Front of Garage
Vehicles my only be parked in front of a resident's garage only for loading and unloading passengers and/or cargo.  The residence's garage must remain open while loading and unloading the vehicle.

If a residence does not have a D.V. H.O.A. parking permit or has some other type f trouble, please call Dwight at First Columbia at (818) 892-0703 extension 16 immediately to make arrangements.  Dwight will call the parking patrol to postpone/cancel any towing.
